Customer Service role supporting Clinigen's customers including hospitals, physicians, and pharmacists by providing information, processing orders, and ensuring excellent service.
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently within set SLA’s.
- Adhere to regulatory, legislative, and compliance-based SOP’s.
- Process quotations and product sourcing enquiries.
- Develop relationships with customers to resolve enquiries first time and in full.
- Complete onboarding and training programs.
- Improve customer experience through feedback and process improvements.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes, and make outbound calls.
- De-escalate calls and emails, escalate when necessary.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account compliance.
- Support customer needs in line with KPIs.
- Promote digital platform for order processing.
- Capture complaints and non-conformances, implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Fluent in language for assigned region(s).
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and organize.
- Adaptable to industry trends and technology.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle and digital experience advantageous.
- Own vehicle and able to work outside office hours.
- Internet access.
