Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales & Revenue Generation: meeting/exceeding sales targets, owning the full sales cycle, upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Prospecting & Market Expertise: researching and qualifying prospects, positioning Kami as a must-have solution, sharing EdTech sales insights.
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: building relationships via multiple channels, leading discovery calls, delivering product demos, representing Kami at conferences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or selling to K-12 schools/districts.
- Success in meeting/exceeding quotas in high-volume, inside sales roles.
- Experience with sales initiatives, account growth, renewals, and expansion.
- Understanding of school district purchasing processes and key personas.
- Proficiency with CRM, prospecting tools, virtual meeting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant EdTech or SaaS sales experience.
- Bonus: K-12 teaching experience or work with educators.
- Resilient, self-disciplined, results-oriented, positive mindset.
