The role of Account Executive MENA at MMDSmart involves developing and implementing sales strategies to generate and close new business opportunities in the MENA region, focusing on cloud communications and IT products.
Location: Remote (preferably able to work European Working Hours)
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Business Development Representative (BDR) for increasing qualified pipeline
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Applying strong focus on value selling and offering personalized solution offerings
- Providing product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiating (multi-year) contracts and pricing
- Identifying and managing up- and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Professional Sales-Forecasting
Requirements
- Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
- Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with focus on “Customer Experience”
- Familiarity with CRM systems and AI sales automation tools
- Experience with successful usage of Sales-Methodologies like MEDDIC
- Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes
- Established professional network and ability to leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Fluent in English
- Experience: Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales-Role
