Molecular You is redefining clinical diagnostics by uncovering biological pathways through comprehensive pre-diagnostic blood analysis, partnering with high-end healthcare providers across North America. They are hiring a full-cycle, hunter-style Account Executive in Southern California to lead new clinic acquisition and build strategic partnerships.

Location: Southern California (Remote + Local Travel)

Salary: $70,000 USD (base), ~ $140,000 USD (OTE)

Responsibilities

  • Drive new-logo growth across California by targeting concierge & VIP medicine practices, integrative & functional medicine clinics, longevity, anti-aging, performance, and wellness centers, and executive health programs.
  • Build and manage outbound pipeline using email, LinkedIn, networking, and strategic calling.
  • Attend regional events and conduct in-person clinic visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinic owners, medical directors, and practice managers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, including delivering presentations, building proposals, navigating pricing, and closing new clinic partnerships.
  • Support early activation by partnering with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth clinic launches, initial blood draws, and integration testing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM, participate in weekly sales meetings, and ensure consistent pipeline coverage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales with a focus on new-business hunting.
  • Experience selling into clinical environments such as diagnostics, lab services, medical devices, healthtech, or similar.
  • Proven ability to independently generate and manage outbound pipeline.
  • Excellent consultative selling, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clinicians and operations teams.
  • Located in Southern California, with the ability to travel locally for clinic visits.
