Account Manager

The Account Manager at Clipboard is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with healthcare providers and dental offices, ensuring their success on the platform, and helping fill shifts in their markets. The role requires strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach.

Location: Remote (International)

Salary: $12,000–$15,600 USD per year

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing relationships with healthcare providers and dental offices
• Clearly articulating the value proposition of the app to current users to drive continued engagement and expansion
• Going deep with healthcare providers and dental offices to uncover their evolving needs, understand their challenges, and find ways to genuinely help them succeed on the platform
• Establishing credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
• Being the go-to point of contact for users that need help navigating the app, resolving issues, and getting the most out of the platform
• Helping fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets

Requirements

• Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects
