Account Manager DACH (M/F/D)

Clavister is seeking a sales professional to develop and grow its presence in the DACH region, focusing on high-availability IT security solutions within network security and identity & access management.
Location: Remote (DACH region)
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and expand key accounts and channel partnerships
- Drive the full sales process from initial contact to negotiations and contract closure
- Represent Clavister at customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
- At least five years of proven success in IT sales or complex IT project sales
- Comfortable managing longer, consultative sales cycles
- Business fluent in German and confident in English
- Valid driver’s license for on-site customer engagement
- Experience in IT security solutions such as firewalls, VPN, Zero Trust architectures, or IAM systems (preferred)
- Existing network within resellers, distributors, or customers in KRITIS, OT, public authorities, or upper mid-market (preferred)
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value and strategic impact
