Accounts Receivable Manager

Guild Garage Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to support their corporate accounting team, focusing on managing accounts receivable processes, overseeing collections, and ensuring compliance.

Location: Remote (preferred in Central and Eastern Time Zones)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Train and support brand level staff regarding the proper use of the CRM/Sales Order system.
• Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and minimize overdue receivables.
• Develop and implement procedures to collect outstanding payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Provide oversight to brand team members regarding collection efforts.
• Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure.
• Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and recording of customer payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor
• Strong experience within a multi-entity business environment at a corporate level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar
• Experience using a CRM system such as Service Titan or similar
