Join Mercor as an Aerospace & Defense Program Specialist to work on AI research and benchmarking, requiring expertise in program/project management and DoD/NASA contracts.

Location: Remote

Salary: $110k–$150k

Responsibilities

• Work on AI research and benchmarking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 A&D prime, major Tier-1 supplier, or federally-funded R&D center.
• Background in program/project management on DoD or NASA contracts, aerospace design or manufacturing engineering, supply-chain management, or quality and mission assurance.
• US Person status required for most A&D work.
• Day-to-day use of ANSYS Fluent / STAR-CCM+, Siemens Opcenter or Rockwell FactoryTalk, and Jira / Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.
