The Agilist Scrum Master is responsible for implementing and promoting agile practices within the software development teams at Hotelbeds, aiming to increase efficiency, motivation, and quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adopt agile practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Increase team efficiency and motivation.
• Lead agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Decide on the cadence and style of agile ceremonies.
• Encourage collaboration and self-organization among teams.
• Improve transparency and remove impediments to delivery.
• Create practical sprint plans and monitor velocity.
• Guide teams and organization on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Work with Product Management to maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Participate in a Community of Practice to promote best practices.
• Collaborate with IT Performance to set and report on OKRs/KPIs.
