Amazon Delivery Coordinator

Vinculum, a U.S.-based Amazon agency, is hiring an Amazon Delivery Manager to coordinate internal teams such as Marketing, Seller Operations, and Creative, ensuring timely and standard execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the people who do the work related to Amazon advertising and seller operations.
• Manage internal meetings, agendas, and follow-through.
• Hold team members accountable to commitments, including senior staff.
• Convert Looms into structured SOPs.
• Drive cross-functional projects from scope to completion.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Amazon advertising or seller operations.
• Comfortable with core Amazon concepts such as ACoS, TACoS, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, A+ Content, Brand Registry, Brand Store, Buy Box, listing health, account health, Seller Central.

• This is an internal project coordination role, not client-facing.
• Not a hands-on-keyboard PPC or seller ops role.
• You will coordinate, not run campaigns or fix listings yourself.
