Amazon Delivery Manager

Seeking a systems-minded professional to manage workflow and ensure accountability across marketing, seller operations, and creative teams in a U.S.-based e-commerce consultancy. The role requires expertise in Amazon metrics, workflow management, and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the flow of work across Marketing, Seller Ops, and Creative teams.
• Ensure nothing slips through the cracks and hold team members accountable.
• Manage and optimize workflows and SOPs.
• Communicate complex discussions into clear, actionable steps.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Amazon metrics (ACoS, Buy Box, Brand Registry).
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Strong systems thinking and workflow management skills.
• Proactive and able to manage up and turn complex discussions into SOPs.
