GE Vernova's SCS Power and Energy Resources Software division seeks an experienced Commercial Leader for the AMERICAS region to drive growth, lead sales, and develop enterprise software solutions in the energy sector.

Salary: $151,400–$252,200/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate across the power and energy ecosystem.
  • Position Asset Intelligence software solutions for value and enterprise selling.
  • Cultivate a customer-focused business with value selling behaviors.
  • Represent the commercial organization with key customers and external markets.
  • Create partnerships and develop solutions for complex projects.
  • Educate stakeholders on enterprise solutions and market positioning.
  • Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy and lead the sales team.
  • Build relationships with partners and other GE Vernova business units.
  • Create new markets for services and products.
  • Drive collaboration across regional sales leaders.
  • Develop talent acquisition, enablement, and management strategies.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and business priorities are met.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years in relevant roles.
  • Significant experience in direct sales, sales operations, and business development.
  • Experience in enterprise and industrial software companies.
  • Experience in digital value selling, portfolio positioning, and upselling digital solutions.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing organizations.
