The company Frete.com is building a digital platform to enhance transportation in Latin America, impacting millions of lives. They are seeking a Systems Analyst to support and evolve internal systems, focusing on integrations and business support, acting as a bridge between technology and operations.

Location: São Paulo, Morumbi, Brazil

Responsibilities

• Act in partnership with business areas to understand needs and help prioritize demands.
• Monitor internal system requests and incidents, ensuring visibility, organization, and timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with internal clients about the status of requests, problems, and improvements.
• Administer HubSpot, including configuring pipelines, workflows, properties, and native automations.
• Implement and monitor integrations with platforms like Blip, Zoho, Trebble, APIs, and WhatsApp Business.
• Investigate system behaviors, failures, and integration issues through logs and technical evidence.
• Manage external partners and consultancies, monitoring SLAs and delivery quality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase efficiency, scalability, and better system use.

Requirements

• Experience with administration and configuration of HubSpot.
• Experience with system integrations such as Blip, Zoho, Trebble, APIs.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API solutions.
• Experience with demand management tools like Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas and levels of the company.
• Consultative profile with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analytical skills to investigate problems, identify causes, and support resolution.
• Experience in managing suppliers and consultancies.
• Experience working in environments with Kanban, Scrum, or other agile practices.
