A bank is seeking a credit analyst specialized in high-value operations, with technical expertise to make decisions across all products on the table. The role involves analyzing and deliberating proposals, participating in decision committees, and engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deliberate proposals requiring specialist approval levels, participating in decision committees.
• Act with an executive profile, strong communication, influence, and strategic negotiation skills with sponsors and partner areas.
• Ensure governance and operational efficiency, conducting alignments, internal communications, studies, and managerial presentations.
• Manage analysis queues in a structured manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of main credit tools (Serasa, Bacen, Boa Vista, and market bureaus in general).
• Ability to analyze the balance sheet of a Legal Entity (Pessoa Jurídica).
• Good interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to assist and train analysts of different levels.
• Proven experience in credit analysis of high-value amounts.
