AP - Commercial Insurance Broker Support | AU/NZ

A remote Commercial Insurance Broker Support role at D2B, supporting Australian and New Zealand commercial clients by managing policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions, while providing support to Brokers and Account Managers.

Location: Remote (AU/NZ)

Responsibilities

• Managing policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions for AU/NZ commercial clients.
• Providing support to Brokers and Account Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in insurance broking or underwriting support.
• Direct exposure to the Australian/New Zealand insurance market.
• Strong experience across Commercial Lines, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability / Directors & Officers, and Cyber Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with broker management systems such as Applied Epic, Insight, WinBEAT, or similar.
