Application Analyst Associate

Join a healthcare IT team as an Associate Application Analyst supporting clinical and imaging applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users to ensure smooth operations and growth in healthcare technology.

Location: MO-REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
• Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for ongoing production maintenance, support, and troubleshooting.
• Serves as an IT liaison for basic issues, implementations and upgrades with a range of customers, including system users.
• Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects to support meeting milestones and timeframes.
• Performs standard system testing, both unit and integrated.
• May assist in training delivery for projects, updates or upgrades.
• Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing systems and escalates findings to team leaders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
• No experience required.
• Experience supporting radiology or cardiology imaging applications (such as PACS) as an end user, super user, or system administrator, or previous work in a technical support, help desk, or application support environment preferred.
