Responsibilities

• Support sales in designing technical solutions and introducing systems to customers.
• Provide product installation, training, and technical support post-sales.
• Serve as the technical contact and support for dealers and partners, maintaining technical understanding and relationships.
• Train sales teams at partner locations to ensure product and workflow proficiency.
• Manage technical support for large accounts and end users.
• Support marketing activities such as trade shows and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Color Science or related fields such as Chemical or Materials Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in Printing and Packaging Technology or Industrial fields like Coating, Textile, Ink & Paint (Color Management).
• Experience in pre-sales and after-sales support, including product demonstration, installation, and user training.
• Ability to support and manage distributors or partners, including technical training and relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently (remote work).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and partner locations.
• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (listening, reading, writing, speaking).
