Responsibilities
- Designing digital platforms, websites, and products end-to-end from concept and art direction to final implementation.
- Developing digital brand identities including visual language, content, data and product visualization, motion, and animation.
- Working AI-native by formulating intentions, using generative tools, and making quality judgments.
- Advising clients on branding, design, and art direction, moderating workshops, and leading design teams in projects.
- Leading the creative direction in projects, making design decisions, and guiding teams without disciplinary leadership.
- Hands-on work including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, thinking in systems and interactions.
Requirements
- Multiple years of relevant experience in art direction and digital or product design, from agency or consulting environment.
- At least lead-level experience, capable of guiding clients and projects conceptually.
- A comprehensive portfolio of live brands, websites, and platforms demonstrating understanding of complex use cases, especially in B2B.
- Proficiency in UI design, design systems, and tools like Figma, with AI-native working methods.
- High aesthetic standards across visual systems: typography, composition, motion, and interaction.
- Perfectionism, attention to detail, and a commitment to on-brand solutions.
