The role involves managing relationships between the factory and franchisees to ensure objectives are met and to guide the business towards autonomous excellence.
Location: Cordoba, Argentina
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of franchisees with personalized follow-up
- Identify needs and propose solutions
- Design and execute commercial actions and tools to achieve sales goals
- Detect market trends and provide relevant information for commercial strategy
- Implement organizational tools and initiatives
- Advise franchisees on comprehensive business management to improve efficiency
- Coordinate periodic follow-up and advisory meetings with franchisees
- Participate in team meetings and report progress to the Coordinator
- Conduct diagnosis, strategy, planning, and follow-up for each case
- Support and advise on comprehensive business planning
- Maintain updated franchisee information in CRM or management system
- Manage and ensure training sessions for franchisees based on diagnostics
- Plan and conduct periodic visits to franchises
- Establish an excellent relationship with franchisees and their teams
- Achieve growth and development in franchisees
- Guide each franchisee towards autonomous excellence.
