TripleTen, a leading Edtech company in the US, is seeking Senior Sales Consultants to lead the professional transformation of Mexican students through high-value tech bootcamps. The role involves consultative sales, relationship building, and managing the full sales cycle.
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Salary: Base of $500 USD + unlimited commissions, total average around $2,500 USD, potential to earn up to $3,500 USD/month with high performance, paid in USD.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell high-value tech bootcamps to potential Mexican students using solid arguments.
- Reach potential clients through online consultative presentations and follow-up calls.
- Identify professional needs, problems, and interests of clients and address their doubts with an educational focus.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and enrollment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Use HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and lead follow-up.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales of intangible products and/or high-ticket consultative sales for over 2 years.
- Track record with tickets over $1,000 USD (minimum 20,000 MXN), highly valued experience with products costing $30,000-$100,000 MXN.
- Ability to manage deals from start to finish and close successful deals, preferably in sectors like EdTech, executive training, insurance, real estate, SaaS, or premium financial products.
- Skill in handling objections without automatically resorting to discounts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a consultative approach.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional with a proven sales record.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize conversion.
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot is a plus).

- Professional tools: HubSpot CRM, video conferencing platforms, updated sales materials.
- Work schedule: 5 days/week (including 1 weekend day), 2 days off (including 1 weekend day), from 11:30 to 20:30 CDMX time.
