Asset Management Analyst

The Asset Management Analyst at Nautilus Solar Energy will support the Asset Management team in project compliance, stakeholder reporting, and financial management for solar energy projects. This full-time role offers remote work options with travel for meetings.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management Team with project compliance including land lease oversight, property tax management, stakeholder reporting, SREC administration, financial due diligence, and incentive management.
• Assist with fulfilling site control contract obligations.
• Enter bills in NetSuite and verify timely payment.
• Support the administration of SREC, incentive, and property tax requirements.
• Participate in virtual meetings as scheduled.
• Assist with maintaining positive relationships with contract counterparties.
• Assist with insurance & bonding bill entry and support insurance binding.
• Follow SOPs and assist with documentation and refinement of workflows.
• Support intercompany agreement requirements.
• Support financial due diligence.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
