Associate Principal, Partner Success (Care Partnerships)

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system to make therapy accessible and affordable by automating administrative work and creating tools for therapists. They serve over 75,000 providers and 1 million patients across all 50 states, aiming to become the platform where mental healthcare happens.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $120K - $190K

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the happiness of care partners
• Manage executive steering committees and serve as the face of Headway
• Build and grow relationships with care partners’ teams and leadership
• Leverage data to generate insights and identify new opportunities for partnership growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform product and operations strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles
• Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
• Relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes in unfamiliar challenges
• Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers and large volumes of work
• Motivation to address access to mental healthcare
