Automation Developer

Embla Medical is seeking an Automation Developer to improve processes through automation, combining technical skills with understanding of business operations. The role involves analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions in a global environment.

Location: Szczecin, Poland or remote within Poland

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows and future improvements.
• Design and develop automation solutions using RPA technology and AI capabilities.
• Monitor and support existing automations, working with support teams to improve automation landscape.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in RPA development, ideally within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to translate business processes into automation solutions.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Strong professional English skills, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience with AI technologies.
