Azure DevOps Engineer (Toronto, ON, CA)

NTT Data is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join their team, focusing on building scalable cloud environments, supporting Microsoft Azure and Terraform, and managing FinOps strategies. The role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work with global teams.

Location: Toronto, ON (remote)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and enhance environment reliability and performance.
• Work with IT teams to streamline deployment, configuration, and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize pipelines for network performance and health.
• Stay updated on Azure, Terraform, and FinOps best practices.
• Evaluate and select new technologies to improve capabilities.
• Evaluate, engineer, test, and implement secure infrastructures.
• Act as a resource for system escalation issues.
• Document platform standards and processes.
• Gather business requirements and validate solutions.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of cloud resources.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Provide updates on enhancements, innovations, and solutions.
• Follow company standards and support technical escalations.
• Support high severity issues and deploy during weekends/holidays.
• Provide technical documentation and training.
• Support internal and external projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform in a security-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of FinOps and cloud cost management tools.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
