Backend Engineer Pleno - English - Remote

Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on financial services and energy sectors, with a passion for helping clients and fostering innovation. They are looking for a Backend Engineer specialized in Azure integration and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using key Serverless and Azure Integration services, including Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps, for event-driven systems.
• Develop serverless solutions with Azure Functions, working with triggers (HTTP, Timer, Queue, Event Grid), bindings, Function Apps, scalability strategies, and local development using Azure Functions Core Tools.
• Create workflows with Azure Logic Apps using visual designer, pre-built connectors, data source integration, JSON Schema management, and retry policies.
• Connect serverless components using Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid to build resilient, decoupled, scalable architectures.
• Manage APIs with Azure API Management, including creation, publication, management, and security, especially for backend services supported by serverless.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Serverless and Azure Integration services, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Practical experience in developing serverless solutions with Azure Functions, triggers, bindings, and local development tools.
• Extensive experience with Azure Logic Apps, creating workflows, using connectors, managing JSON Schemas, and configuring retry policies.
• Strong ability to connect serverless components using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid for scalable architectures.
• Experience with Azure API Management for API lifecycle management and security.
• Advanced English proficiency for working in an international team.
