Behavioral Health Therapist (Part-Time, TX License)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: Up to $110,000 annually, prorated for part-time schedule, up to 24 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health care among a team of primary and specialty care providers with attention to clinical quality and patient-centricity
• Maintain a caseload of patients with 30 to 45 minute therapy sessions for Galileo patients in a state of licensure
• Work with a diverse patient population, fostering an inclusive culture
• Solve patient problems efficiently by collaborating with team members and leveraging resources

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology and data into practice
• Trained with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT
• Comfortable with safety planning and intervention for higher risk situations
• Licensed and credentialed to support patients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma
• Active license in OR, CA, TX, TN, MA, or PsyPact (if Clinical Psychologist)
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
