Business Analyst

Join Arrive as a Business Analyst supporting global commercial operations through market intelligence, data analysis, and AI-driven insights. Work closely with Account Managers to improve pipeline visibility, customer insights, and revenue forecasting, contributing to urban mobility transformation.

Location: Remote (Moldova)

Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, customer performance, and mobility industry insights.
• Research competitors and market developments using modern AI tools.
• Support Account Managers with commercial insights and growth opportunities.
• Monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyse transaction data across parking, charging, fuel, and tolling products.
• Improve CRM data quality, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Produce regular commercial reporting to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools and modern analytics solutions to improve research, reporting, and workflows.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to business stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
