Business Analyst

The Business Analyst works across the organization to identify opportunities for operational and process improvements, collaborating with users and subject matter experts. Key member of the PMO team, responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, designing technical solutions, testing, and ensuring proper system implementation, documentation, and training.
