They are seeking a Business Development professional to manage and grow their network of agencies in Brazil, focusing on operations, partnerships, and strategy.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring performance and engagement targets are met.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
- Organize events and campaigns to boost community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all community members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years experience in social/voice chat/live streaming/gaming platforms.
- Proven recruitment and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
