They are seeking a Business Development professional to manage and grow their network of agencies in Brazil, focusing on operations, partnerships, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring performance and engagement targets are met.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
  • Organize events and campaigns to boost community engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all community members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years experience in social/voice chat/live streaming/gaming platforms.
  • Proven recruitment and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
