The role involves developing large clients in assigned sectors, opening new segments, promoting and selling payment terminal solutions, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating on sales strategies within a dynamic fintech environment.
Location: Remote (Czech Republic/Slovakia)
Responsibilities
- Developing large clients in assigned sectors (e.g., hospitality, bars, clubs) including account planning, multi-sale rollouts, and increasing market share.
- Opening new segments (e.g., canteens, large markets, stadiums) by defining value propositions, pilot collaborations, and partnership models.
- Promoting and selling Teya's payment terminal solutions to new traders in the assigned area.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, offering additional products and solutions (cross-sell, upsell).
- Conducting business development activities to identify and approach potential clients.
- Collaborating within the team to improve sales strategies, processes, and share best practices.
- Monitoring and comparing sales results with other teams across different countries, managing pipeline and forecast in CRM, and regularly reporting KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English (C1 level).
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
