Business Development Manager responsible for the spare parts area at a company with a long history in tractor manufacturing, focusing on developing sales and strategic growth.
Location: Remote (Poland)
Responsibilities
- Creating and developing sales strategies for spare parts
- Analyzing the market and identifying new business opportunities and sales channels
- Optimizing sales and purchasing processes
- Searching for new suppliers and alternative sources of qualified spare parts
- Introducing new products to the portfolio
- Collaborating with the marketing team
- Monitoring sales effectiveness and reporting regularly
Requirements
- Experience in selling spare parts for agricultural machinery
- Strong business mindset and goal-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driving license category B (active driver)
- Independence, responsibility, and willingness to develop
- Advanced English (required for ongoing cooperation with the headquarters in the Czech Republic)
