Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc.
• Utilize the collaboration portal to connect with students and provide support.
• Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers for cohesive care.
• Maintain timely and precise records of clinical interactions.
• Partner with administrative support to enhance student care.
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
• Become an expert in the care model and refine therapeutic skills.

Requirements

• Hold active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in CA.
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments.
• Skillfully combine conceptual insights with treatment plans.
• Adept at treating diverse students with respect and understanding.
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios.
• Equipped with a laptop/desktop with quality video camera and stable internet connection.
