Card Program Auditor

The Accounts Payable Auditor is responsible for reviewing and submitting invoices to ensure accurate and efficient processing, maintaining vendor accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Location: United States

Salary: $56,400.00- 77,550.00 DOE

Responsibilities

• Reconciles complex vendor statements, researches and corrects discrepancies.
• Verifies transactions for compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Sets up new vendors.
• Educates stakeholders on A/P processing standards.
• Maintains EDI relationships and ensures accurate coding for automated processing.
• Audits invoices for accuracy and reports on process improvements.
• Maintains a filing system for A/P documents.
• Produces and distributes reports for management and customers.
• Maintains a daily log of reviewed invoices.
• Ensures timely posting of invoices.
• Provides positive customer service interactions.
• Performs and manages special projects and analysis.
• Works with auditors to ensure compliance of controls.
• Maintains a database of nationwide regulations.
• Performs other related duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including electronic processing.
