Cardiac Device Associate Operations Manager

The Associate Operations Manager for CIED monitoring at DocGo's Cardiac RMS division oversees clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in remote cardiac device monitoring services.

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a team of 20-25 staff members.
• Mentor and oversee daily activities of team coordinators.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling for clinics.
• Participate in management and quality improvement meetings.
• Review and approve timecards and conduct audits.
• Lead incident review processes and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct team meetings and team-building activities.
• Set expectations, goals, and review KPIs.
• Mentor and develop staff, provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Implement performance improvement plans.
• Facilitate clinic onboarding and communication with clients.
• Build relationships with clients and address clinical issues.
• Participate in customer success meetings.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to policy development.
• Communicate regularly with management about team performance and staffing.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Experience supervising or managing a large team.
• Scheduling experience.
• Strong organization skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IBHRE Certification preferred.
