Ceo and Co-Founder - Ambient AI for Hospital Infection Prevention

StealthCo is an ambient AI platform transforming infection detection and prevention in hospitals, aiming to deliver significant ROI and improve patient outcomes. The company is seeking a CEO and Co-Founder to build and lead from the ground up, with a focus on healthcare AI and hospital systems.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Execute the design partnership by navigating stakeholders to build, deploy, and validate the MVP in pilot ICU units, and convert the relationship to a commercial agreement
• Recruit and partner with a technical co-founder with expertise in computer vision, ambient AI, and healthcare platform engineering
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting medical centers and health systems
• Own the operational budget and manage burn rate and runway
• Create and execute a fundraising strategy for outside venture investors
• Build a hiring plan and recruit, retain, and develop talent
• Assist the technical co-founder in defining and evolving the product roadmap
• Develop relationships with hospital system leaders and channel partners
• Report progress to the Board and stakeholders
• Build a company culture with strong values

Requirements

• Direct experience founding, leading, or operating a company using ambient video feeds and computer vision AI in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Proven track record selling enterprise software or AI solutions into large health systems or academic medical centers at the CNO, CMIO, or VP-level
• Founding experience at a venture-backed company or a key commercial leadership role at an early-stage health tech company
• Technical fluency to evaluate computer vision and healthcare AI talent and products
