Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Troubleshoot basic software issues
- Escalate technical problems when needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer feedback and common issues
- Work closely with support and operations teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in chat and email support for a software or SaaS company
- Excellent written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Experience with help desk platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus
