Clinical Education Consultant

A clinical professional role focused on strengthening customer relationships through strategic clinical engagement, education, and support, with collaboration across sales and product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical consultations, assessments, and high-impact education to empower users with ASP products.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partner with Sales to support strategic accounts.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs and materials to enhance product adoption and customer engagement.
• Serve as a clinical expert to internal teams to inform product development, identify market trends, and amplify customer voice.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and priorities effectively while collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate product performance and support organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license, preferred
• 5-10 years of current clinical experience in OR, SPD, Endoscopy, or infection prevention practices, preferred
• 3 years’ experience in delivering educational programs/presentations, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Up to 75% travel
