Leads end-to-end Commercial Card Implementation (CCI) strategy and execution, overseeing client onboarding, pipeline acceleration, operational risk management, and participating in product and fintech launches. Acts as a cross-functional leader partnering with Sales, Product, Solution Delivery, Risk, and fintech partners to accelerate revenue and deliver scalable, high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex and high-value client implementations, including structured kickoff calls, site visits, and end-to-end onboarding.
- Oversee delivery of platform and technical installs (e.g., Online Client Facing program management platforms, Payables Automation platforms, QuickBooks integrations).
- Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Partner with Product Management to operationalize new and enhanced products.
- Lead CCI workstreams for fintech initiatives, including training, readiness, and risk/control requirements.
- Maintain deep platform expertise to support delivery and reduce dependency on Product teams.
- Actively manage pipeline pull-through with Sales to resolve stalled or complex deals.
- Drive reductions in documentation and credit cycle times.
- Achieve and sustain a 90%+ deal completion ratio and faster client time to revenue.
- Own operational risk management across CCI with strong controls and governance.
- Lead audit engagements, targeting at minimum, “effective” ratings across all functions.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and zero-defect performance in operational activities.
- Build and develop CCI capacity, including hiring and onboarding new resources.
- Strengthen coordination across CCI, Product, Pricing, and Solution Delivery teams.
- Support scalable execution through improved validation and workflow efficiency.
- Represent CCI in Monthly Business Reviews, providing clear visibility into performance, risks, and outcomes.
- Maintain high service levels for assigned high-value clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
- OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or work experience including 3 years relevant experience.
- 9 years supervisory/operations experience.
