Community Manager

The role involves running and managing a community of operators in a certification program, focusing on results and client success within the first ninety days of certification. The candidate will build the initial onboarding and support processes, track progress, and ensure members achieve results.

Location: Remote

Salary: $3,000/month

Responsibilities

• Run GridLocked, the operator certification community.
• Build the first ninety days of the program.
• Identify and support operators going quiet early in the process.
• Answer recurring questions and document solutions.
• Capture wins and turn them into proof of success.
• Manage the transition to a new platform without disrupting operators.

Requirements

• Experience running a paid community focused on results.
• Ability to measure and report on member outcomes.
• Chase and support quiet members.
• Write documentation to reduce support volume.
• Comfortable providing direct feedback to adults.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience distinguishing engagement from results.
