Responsibilities
- Manage French-language social media accounts and support community management across other channels
- Moderate comments, messages, and community feedback on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Work independently and reliably according to a mutually agreed-upon roster
- Apply strong judgment in content moderation and feedback generation
- Work on weekends and public holidays as part of the shift schedule
Requirements
- Speak French at a native level and have very good to fluent written and spoken German skills. English skills are a plus.
- Ideally based in Germany.
- At least one year of professional experience in an empathetic, customer-oriented environment (e.g., customer service, social media marketing, or community management).
- Passion for offering customers the best products and service.
- Curiosity and enjoyment in actively fostering community.
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort working via smartphone.
