Compensation Professional

The Compensation Professional 2 oversees Total Rewards Compensation programs, conducts surveys, and provides recommendations on salary structures. It involves inventory review, process optimization, and decision-making with minimal guidance, supporting business problem-solving and data analysis.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $71,100 - $97,800 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee Total Rewards Compensation programs for conformance and effectiveness.
• Conduct and participate in compensation surveys and provide recommendations on salary structure.
• Conduct inventory review and reporting for all Compensation workstreams.
• Recommend process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated Excel experience / Analytical reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments and work with various departments.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.

Additional Information

• This role reports to a Director of Compensation.
• It is a fully remote position within the US.
• No travel required, but occasional travel to Humana's offices may be needed for training or meetings.
• Work hours: 40 hours/week.
