Construction Superintendent

Seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee site operations, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards.

Location: United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, ensure safety documentation, lead investigations of incidents, monitor and track site safety performance, support implementation and enforcement of site safety and health programs, perform other duties to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10 years of progressively responsible construction experience
• Experience managing construction sites and coordinating multiple subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site management principles
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30 or equivalent)
• Experience with quality management systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic construction management tools
