Consultor Funcional SAP (MM)

A role for a SAP Functional Consultant at Spassu, focusing on implementing and supporting SAP modules, with an emphasis on logistics, HR, and finance, within an innovative and growth-oriented environment.

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Responsibilities

• Act to ensure the understanding, application, and dissemination of Scrum principles within the organization.
• Facilitate mapping and proposing improvements in the Scrum process for development teams.
• Collaborate in analyzing and recording client business needs, proposing suitable business solutions.
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
• Ensure the achievement of Scrum event objectives.
• Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments.
• Assist in the self-organization of the team, suggesting techniques and facilitating processes.
• Analyze business processes to determine the best way to implement or maintain SAP.
• Configure the SAP system according to needs and requirements.
• Provide support and training to users for correct system utilization.
• Perform functionality tests to ensure proper operation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system.
• Map business needs through consultations, analyses, and observations.
• Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting software performance.
• Work on the functional and business layer of Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Graduation in Information Technology or completion of any higher education course with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology (minimum 360 hours).
• SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the module of expertise.
• At least 3 years of experience with key SAP products/modules in Logistics (FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, SAP Portal) and HR (PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, Business Warehouse).
• Knowledge of SAP modules, especially in logistics, HR, finance, and sales.
