They are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage their contract lifecycle management system, support contract processes, and ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Administers, owns, and maintains the internal contract management system (CLM), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of contract records.
- Manages and maintains contract templates, incorporating approved language and ensuring consistency within the CLM.
- Prepares, drafts, reviews, and maintains a variety of contracts and related documentation, including client agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Ensures contracts comply with internal policies and procedures, coordinating with the legal team to address non-standard terms.
- Tracks contract lifecycle activities in the CLM, including approvals, execution, renewals, and expirations, and proactively follows up on pending items with internal teams.
- Communicates with and supports internal stakeholders and external parties by responding to inquiries and facilitating clear communication throughout the contracting process as needed.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with sales, client success, operations, and other teams to support timely and accurate contract execution.
- Identifies opportunities to improve contract processes, templates, and system usage to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Maintains organized contract files and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) system (e.g., CobbleStone, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM) or document management systems, with the ability to support contract process improvements or system enhancements.
- Experience working with healthcare contracts, including familiarity with regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA) and payer/provider agreements.
- Ability to understand and interpret basic legal language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word (including redlining, track changes, and formatting complex documents) and Excel for basic data tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts or similar business documents in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with established procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders, external parties, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track contract lifecycle activities, and meet competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
