CPC Processor Customer Support - Bilingual

Datavant is a data platform company specializing in health data exchange, trusted by leading life sciences companies, government agencies, and healthcare providers. The role involves processing medical record requests and documenting information in a high-volume environment.

Location: Remote

Salary: $15–$18.32 USD per hour

Responsibilities

• Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical status.
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
