CPS Product Leader (DE)

The role involves leading consumer measurement solutions, managing product lifecycle, and developing strategies to support NielsenIQ's market position in Europe, with a focus on consumer panels and data-driven insights.
Location: Germany
Responsibilities
- Own existing Consumer Panel services and key contact for Germany & Switzerland, supporting other European countries.
- Manage end-to-end development and deployment for new Consumer Panel tools, including Client Discovery, User Experience, Specifications, Agile Development, Pricing, Deployment.
- Manage the entire product line lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research and client visits.
- Support local teams in implementing and aligning to Global and Regional measurement strategies.
- Support Commercial teams with client meetings, RFPs, and internal NielsenIQ briefings.
- Conduct detailed competitive assessments to support product positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; preferred MBA in Marketing, Market Research, or related field.
- Experience/interest in Marketing, Product Leadership, Consumer Packaged Goods, eCommerce; Nielsen RMS/CPS services experience is preferable.
- Understanding of measuring consumer shopping behaviors.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker and executor with ability to set direction and implement in innovation markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly numerate.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with drive to exceed expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 20%).
- Ability to simplify research, processes, and statistical concepts.
