CRC Benefits - Sales Executive, Ancillary

The role involves managing relationships with broker firms, developing revenue growth strategies, and promoting BenefitMall's services. It is a remote position requiring fluency in English and experience in insurance or employee benefits sales.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall.
• Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers.
• Coordinate sales and retention activities.
• Lead POD to service agents/brokers’ business.
• Market to agents/brokers to increase business.
• Coordinate with partner carrier resources.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards.
• Resolve conflicts and provide feedback.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• 3+ years’ experience in insurance/employee benefit medical sales (required).
• Associate’s Degree (preferred).
• Active Life & Health License (must be obtained within 90 days).
• Knowledge of group insurance products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web browsers.
