The Customer Sales Manager (CSM) at Kraft Heinz is responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and executing category strategies for the Taste Elevation category with over $40M revenue, primarily working with Ahold Delhaize customers.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $104,200–$130,200/yr

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their business and market, and foster positive growth.
• Achieve revenue and share growth, new item approvals, and optimal shelving.
• Manage P&L, revenue forecasts, and trade balance through promotional activities and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Category Leadership to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Maintain detailed business documentation and manage trade transactions.
• Partner with teams to minimize deductions errors and manage repayments.

Requirements

• Experience in customer management, account management, or retail sales management within a CPG company.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Forecasting and financial acumen, with understanding of P&L impacts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems like Compass, IRI, Spark.
• Analytical skills with experience using syndicated or ambiguous data.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
• Ability to work remotely within the specified trading area.
