Customer Service Representative responsible for handling customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and order accuracy.

Location: United States

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, chat, email within company standards
  • Answer chat and social media inquiries about order status, stocks, complaints, and general inquiries
  • Enter orders and order types accurately and efficiently
  • Provide information regarding order management and follow-up
  • Maintain customer profiles and databases to ensure satisfaction
  • Solve problems within company policies and procedures
  • Develop knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
  • Report issues, customer satisfaction requests, and improvement suggestions to leadership
  • Meet and exceed individual and company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
  • Experience in Voice, Email, and Chat; sales experience is a plus
  • 2 years of Customer Service Call Center experience or comparable
  • Experience in Zendesk and Shopify is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of PC/Computer Systems including Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable internet connection of 25mbps for work from home
