Customer Solutions Engineer

Wand is building AI-driven labor infrastructure to enable humans and AI agents to operate together as a unified, hybrid workforce at scale, with comprehensive management and oversight. The company aims to transform the global economy by integrating agent ecosystems into core business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows, agents, and integrations on Wand for live customer scenarios.
• Turn one-off builds into reusable patterns: templates, starter kits, and internal tools.
• Own technical quality: performance, reliability, and auditability of what you ship.
• Help customers frame clear technical hypotheses for validation.
• Design lightweight proofs, benchmarks, and evals.
• Set up simple measurement for before/after impact.
• Partner with Sales to shape and deliver demos and pilots.
• Adapt and extend demo environments.
• Join customer calls to explain technical details.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a hands-on technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Customer/Field Engineer, or Product-adjacent Engineer.
• Strong practical engineering skills: Python, APIs, webhooks, data sources.
• Experience with LLMs or applied AI systems, including prompting, RAG, or workflow orchestration.
• Built and shipped at least one real application or internal tool using an LLM or similar model.
